My life as it is now:

 

With a huge career change from retail to being a Personal Carer since the sad loss of my dad last year, I have a whole new philosophy on life and see things much clearer.

It has always been important for me to create, and use this creativity as an avenue for escape and reprieve from some everyday challenges.

​

I have been busy creating exciting new goodies to add to my portfolio lately, with my first book being published in 2017.

Utilising my life experiences and photographs already taken, I combined them lovingly into a Coffee table book for light reading, motivating and inspiration, for those days when you need a gentle reminder that life is great.

​

Painting has also become a new way to express my creativity, with my new found love and addiction for fluid art. Here you will never see two pieces the same. This is extremely therapeutical, and I enjoy creating these paintings immensley.

 

 

When I was doing Photo Shoots:

 

A lot of people ask me how I got into photography, and this is my reply. I feel so strongly about my "WHY" that I decided to make it my Mission Statement. My Motto has always been the same right from the start, and will remain the same, "For an Affordable Photography Experience". 

My Mission statement? :

"My aim is to provide a photography experience that people can afford and will enjoy. It's not just about the end result, to me it is a very personal experience, and I thrive on communicating and interacting with my clients. I like to add a personal touch, so you know you are not just a number with me. You matter to me. Without you, I would not be able to do what I love!

 

I believe all new mum's should have the option of beautiful newborn photo's, and all Brides should be able to afford a Wedding photographer. I endeavour to offer excellent service, photography and products each and every time, so all you beautiful people can get your memories captured, with love."

 

So just know that I throw not only my lenses and enthusiasm into my jobs, but also my heart, my love, and all associated emotions with helping to create truly beautiful memories for you and your family.

 

 

All my life I have enjoyed taking photo's.. of people, animals, nature and landscapes.

 

In the last 10 years or so I have felt a stronger passion for it, and have developed my own personal style of capturing unusual angles and lighting. I appreciate when others can see as I do, and it thrills me to be capturing images that not only impress me, but also my clients.

 

I have been a bride twice, and this  is a great advantage for me as a Wedding Photographer. I am a Wife, Mummy, Sister, Sister-in-law,Daughter, Daughter-in-Law, Aunty and Step-Mum. I have all these emotions and feelings attached to my work, whether it be maternity, birth, newborn, family, kids, portrait or wedding photography sessions.
